Russia received a new batch of Shahed kamikaze drones from Iran, but it is smaller than the previous one. Andrei Yusov, spokesman for the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, announced this on the air of the telethon.

When asked by the presenter whether the resumption of the use of shahids by Russia indicates that the Kremlin received a new batch of drones, he replied: “This is a new batch. We do not comment on the number now, but we see that during yesterday’s massive terrorist missile strikes shahids were not used” .
“Yes, this is a new party, but compared to the initial massive use of martyrs, it is obviously smaller,” Yusov added.
According to him, Russia has not yet received ballistic missiles from Iran. “There is such a possibility. Today, the situation is being monitored and certain efforts are being made to ensure that this scenario is not realized. But there is such a threat,” the representative of the GUR said.
