It is planned to withdraw units whose effectiveness on the battlefield is actually zero.

Russian “mobs” will be dealt with by force units of the Roshvardiya and Kadyrivets, who will be taken out of Ukraine.
As reported by the intelligence community InformNapalm, Russian Guard units that were in the combat zone on the 2nd-3rd line will be withdrawn to the Russian Federation by February 2023, as well as Kadyriv troops. It is assumed that they will act as force units in case of actions of disobedience after new waves of mobilized Russians.
“Kadyrov’s tic-tock units will act in the vanguard of the pressure of the “Chmobikes”, because it is the bearded Kadyrovs that the Russians are very afraid of, and their effectiveness at the front was practically zero – beards and Caucasian honor do not work against the Ukrainian Haimars and artillery. In addition, the Kremlin needs chain dogs in Moscow itself and in the regions in order to quell, albeit weak, but unpleasant manifestations of discontent of conscripts,” InformNapalm notes.
Mobilization in Russia
In October, Putin announced the end of the partial mobilization announced back in September in response to a series of military defeats at the front.
At the same time, analysts state that the Kremlin is conducting a covert mobilization, preparing “meat” for Putin to achieve his maximalist goals in Ukraine.
At the same time, the recruitment of convicts into Prigozhin’s “Wagner” PMC continues.
According to official data, about 300,000 people have been mobilized in the Russian Federation since September. But, according to the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valery Zaluzhny, Moscow is preparing up to 200,000 reservists for a large-scale attack this winter.
