The Ukrainian football club from Donetsk βShakhtarβ defeated the Spanish club βBarcelonaβ in the match of the fourth round of the Champions League in Group H.
Shakhtar won with a score of 1:0; the team’s striker Daniil Sikan scored a goal in the 40th minute.
Earlier, the Ukrainian club lost to the Portuguese Porto (1:3) and defeated the Belgian Antwerp (3:2), and in the third round, Barcelona defeated Shakhtar with a score of 1:2.
The next time the Ukrainian club will play against Antwerp is on November 28.
Shakhtar are in third place (6 points) in Group H, Barcelona (9) are first.
The last time a Ukrainian club beat Barcelona was in 2008, when the Ukrainian team won with a score of 3:2 in the last round of the Champions League group stage.
