As a result of a rocket attack on Kharkiv in the morning of October 6, two apartment buildings were damaged and a three-story residential building was destroyed. A child died.
Photos and videos from the scene of the attack were published by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the regional prosecutor’s office and local Telegram channels.
“The body of a 10-year-old child was found under the rubble. Another 16 people were injured. 2 people were rescued by the State Emergency Service. 2 apartment buildings were damaged and a three-story residential building was destroyed. A fire with an area of 50 square meters broke out in the direction of the impact. Rescuers extinguished the fire.” – Minister Ihor Klymenko said.
The prosecutor’s office reported that a pre-trial investigation has been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to their data, 23 people were injured.
According to preliminary data, the strike was carried out by two Iskander-type missiles.
