Students who agree to fight can be paid for their studies: the draft law was registered in the Council.
The document suggests that students of professional (vocational and technical), professional preliminary and higher education, assistant trainees, graduate students and doctoral students who are studying full-time or dual forms of education “may, of their own free will, consent to military service during mobilization, in this case the state provides them with the appropriate education without any payments from these citizens,” reports Judicial and legal newspaper.
Citizens studying on a fee-based basis will be able to voluntarily consent to military service during mobilization and receive an additional bonus from the state in the form of free education.
The relevant draft law 9672-1 submitted by Deputy Giorgiy Mazurasha.
