As reported, the SBI reported in absentia about the suspicion of treason against nine former servicemen of the group of anti-aircraft divisions who defected to the side of the enemy after the occupation of Crimea.

During the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, most of them continue to fight on the side of the enemy.

One of these soldiers, Denys Podobedov, serves as the deputy commander of the anti-aircraft missile regiment and manages the air defense of the occupiers in Crimea.

The sanction of the article on treason provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of up to 15 years with confiscation of property.

We will remind, according to the GUR, Russia wants to strengthen the defense of Crimea by Muscovites and St. Petersburg residents.

The occupiers of Crimea have banned pyrotechnics and the use of drones.
