Over the past week, the Defense Forces have liberated 5.2 square kilometers on the southern front. This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Defense Anna Paintershe is quoted in the Military Media Center.
According to her, we are talking about the Melitopol direction. There, the Ukrainian military is advancing and continues to liberate lands.
“South and east of Robotinoye we had success and over the past week 5.2 sq. km was liberated in the southern direction,” Malyar said.
In total, during the offensive operations in the south, more than 260 square kilometers have already been liberated.
Last week, the speaker of the joint press center of the Tauride Defense Forces, Alexander Shtupun, said that at Robotin, the Ukrainian military “is not fast, but it is squeezing out the enemy.”
The occupiers, according to him, are pushing the Airborne Forces unit in the direction of Robotinoy and are trying to restore the lost position.
