The administration of US President Joe Biden has asked Congress to provide Ukraine with an additional almost 38 billion dollars.

This was announced by White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, reports Voice of America.

“We know that our job is to continue our military support to Ukraine so that they are in the best possible position on the battlefield.”he noted.

He also added that when diplomacy matures, Ukrainians should be in the best position at the negotiating table.

According to him, the Biden administration is doing everything to ensure that Ukrainians defend the sovereignty of their state and its territorial integrity. That is why they turned to Congress to provide almost 38 billion dollars, which will go to humanitarian and military aid.

We will remind you that the United States is preparing an announcement on the allocation of a new aid package to Ukraine to counter Russian aggression.

The Pentagon also published a list of weapons that the US will transfer to Ukraine as part of a new $275 million military aid package.

  1. We are all paying a price for Russia’s war against Ukraine. But the
price we pay is in money. While the price Ukrainians pay is in blood,”
said Soltenberg: Secretary General of NATO.

    “If we let Putin win,
all of us will pay a much higher price, for many years to come. Because
then the lesson learned by President Putin and other authoritarian
leaders is that they can achieve their goals by using brute force. So
they will be emboldened to use even more force once again. That will
make our world more dangerous. And all of us more vulnerable,”
