According to him, the Cabinet of Ministers allocated an additional 300 million hryvnias for the restoration of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region and 37 million hryvnias for Kyiv.

“In general, in recent months, the government has provided the regions with about 5 billion hryvnias for the reconstruction of war-damaged infrastructure,” the prime minister said.

Shmyhal also said that the “Recovery” program has already been launched within the framework of the Energy Efficiency Fund, which will allow it to direct its funds to the reconstruction of damaged residential buildings.
