Kharkiv police detained a man who on October 21 committed a robbery attack on a shop on Poltava Shlyakh. The attacker entered the store, pointed a gun at the seller and ordered to give all the money in the cash register.

On October 21, around 12:40 p.m., the police department No. 1 of the Khrupp No. 3 of the GUNP in the Kharkiv region received a call that an unknown man in military uniform, threatening with a weapon, took the money and jewelry of the seller in one of the stores in the Novobavarsky district.
Employees of the police department quickly arrested the intruder. He turned out to be a 38-year-old man with a previous conviction. He has nothing to do with military service. The attacker was released from prison in August this year.
According to this fact, investigators have opened criminal proceedings under part 4 of Article 187 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides from 8 to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
The perpetrator was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. He was informed about the suspicion of committing a crime.
