In July, the police department No. 1 of the Khrupp No. 1 (Osnovyansky district) received a report that at the checkpoint, a 48-year-old man was found with zip bags containing a green substance similar to narcotics.
This was reported by the press service of the Kharkiv Oblast State Public Security Service.
Police officers seized material evidence and sent it for expert examination. According to experts’ conclusions, the recovered substance turned out to be narcotic.
The investigator of the police department No. 1 of the Kharkiv RUP No. 1 of the GUNP in the Kharkiv region conducted the stage of the pre-trial investigation. The indictment on the criminal proceedings opened under Part 1 of Art. 309 (illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation or forwarding of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues without the purpose of sale) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, referred to the court.
