The customers of the works are 121 employers, including 20 public and charitable organizations. 12,600 people received referrals to participate in such works. This is the 1st place in Ukraine.
At the same time, in November, payments for participation in community service increased from UAH 6,700 to UAH 10,050. The participants of the program were mainly involved in clearing debris after shelling, delivering humanitarian aid, gathering firewood, weaving camouflage nets, working at the Invincibility Points, etc.
In addition, according to the head of the regional employment service, several positive trends in employment have been achieved in Kharkiv region. In particular, employers are seeing a gradual increase in the demand for workers, while the amount of registered unemployment is decreasing.

During 10 months of this year, 45,000 people used the services of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, 31,200 of them had the status of unemployed. Compared to last year, the number of unemployed decreased by 38%. 12 thousand people are employed.
Also, during 10 months of the current year, 20,000 unemployed citizens received unemployment benefits. We will remind that the minimum unemployment benefit increased in November. Previously, this amount was 1,000 hryvnias, now it is 1,500 hryvnias.
Currently, according to the director of the employment center, there are 2,000 vacancies in the region (2 months ago, the number of vacancies was 1,500).

On average, there are about 3 people for 1 vacancy in the region. In the city of Kharkiv – 1 person for 1 vacancy, in the region 6-7 people for 1 vacancy. At the same time, the employers we meet talk about the need for labor specialties.
The spheres with the most vacancies are processing – 15%, trade – 13% and agriculture – 11%.
The most popular professions are locksmith, accountant, pharmacist, motor vehicle driver and food seller. There is also a shortage of electromechanics, doctors of various specialties, pharmacists, social work teachers, electricians, welders, debuggers of machine tools with software control, turners, millers, etc.
