Whether it is expedient to obtain a second higher education for men of military age during the war will be determined by the Ministry of Education.
This was announced by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksiy Danilov, on the air of Ukrainian Radio.
“Mini-schools will consider this issue, analyze it… After all, it happened that mostly men with a certain life experience – 40-50 years old – decided to get a second or third education. The number of people who want to get an education has increased many times.
If you can serve in the army, are suitable, then the relevant ministry will decide whether to wait for training or not.Danilov said.
It will be recalled that another category of men was allowed to go abroad.
Oleksiy Danilov also told whether cases of corruption in military committees had an effect on mobilization.
Earlier, the Council proposed to cancel the postponement of mobilization for some students.
