“As of today, we can state that Putin destroyed all the safeguards that were installed after the Second World War. And it is obvious that after the Russian-Ukrainian war, Ukraine will have the moral and legal right to be part of the civilized world, in which modern safeguards will be created again of world security,” Teteruk explained.

The serviceman also emphasized that the international security system was unprepared for Russia’s war against Ukraine.

“No one has the right to destroy the world security system and redraw the political map of the world. Currently, no international organization can prevent Russia from doing this. Therefore, the world security system needs to be reviewed. And the future in the next 50 years depends on the victory of Ukraine,” he added.
