Andrii Nebytov, head of the Main Directorate of the National Police of the Kyiv region, was promoted to deputy head of the National Police of Ukraine.

This was reported in the press service of the department.

General of the third rank Anatoly Shchadylo became the new head of the regional police.

The head of the National Police of Ukraine, Ivan Vyhivskyi, personally introduced the new head to the law enforcement officers of the region. The event was also attended by representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kyiv and the region, the regional prosecutor’s office, the regional military administration, and the Kyiv Regional Council.

“Anatoly Shchadylo will continue the positive developments and further develop the police of the Kyiv region, in particular, the restoration of units destroyed as a result of the occupation. All police personnel continue to face the main tasks: ensuring security and law and order, protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens, and combating crime.” Vyhivsky emphasized.

We will remind that Vyhivsky himself temporarily headed the National Police in January – after the transfer of the head of the department, Ihor Klymenko, to the position of Minister of Internal Affairs.

In July, Vyhivskyi was officially approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
