The Russian invaders plan to increase the population growth in Mariupol by almost four times from the current state in three years.
This was reported in Telegram by Petro Andryushchenko, adviser to the mayor of Mariupol.
He stated that the Russians in their “master plan for the restoration” of Mariupol copied all the developments of the legitimate authorities. This applies, in particular, to the plan of changes to the city’s general plan, the development strategy until 2030, and renovation advice from foreign architects. It is known that the plan of the invaders foresees an increase in population growth almost four times in three years. According to Andryushchenko, it is possible only due to the importation of Russian citizens, which is partly happening already today.
The Russian general who ordered the capture of Mariupol and the storming of Azovstal has been establishedLieutenant General Andriy Mordvichev, commander of the 8th Guards Combined Arms Army of the Southern Military District from Russia, is a war criminal.

«There are already 15,000 civilian occupiers out of 130,000 residents of Mariupol in the city, and their number should increase to 25,000 by the end of the year. All these new houses are primarily prepared for the Russians. At such rates, it is possible to bring tens of thousands of Russians from depressed regions with a harsh climate to the climatically attractive Mariupol“, the mayor’s adviser notes.
In addition, Andryushchenko reported that the invaders “gave Azovstal scrap metal dealers to be cut up. They do not plan to restore anything at the plant, they will only build anew. However, this makes no sense, because Russian metallurgy is in a deep crisis.
«Russian metallurgy is in a deep crisis of overproduction – there is no one to sell metal to. Under these conditions, to build another unprofitable and problematic production? Do you believe in this?“, the official adds in the post.
It will be recalled that the mayor of Mariupol, Vadym Boychenko, announced the intention of the Russian occupiers to close the city for residents to leave.
