The mayor of Dnipro, Borys Filatov, said that the number of people killed as a result of a Russian missile hitting a residential high-rise building will probably exceed 50 people.

Filatov noted that of the 45 dead, more than 20 bodies cannot be identified at the moment – a DNA examination is required.
