“Regarding schools: we are working out mechanisms for the start of offline training in schools on September 1. The only thing I want to say is, let’s be realistic, it all depends on the security situation in the country. Thanks to the Armed Forces, we hope that the children will go to school on September 1. We are auditing schools for bomb shelters. Accordingly, according to our plans, those schools will be opened that can be equipped with bomb shelters. There are such schools in Ukraine “, – Vitrenko told.
It will be recalled that as of May 23, almost 800 schools have already completed their studies in the 2021-2022 academic year.
Since the beginning of the Russian invasion, according to the Ministry of Education and Science, almost 90 educational institutions have been completely destroyed.
