A 57-year-old civilian was killed as a result of the shelling of the town of Kupyansk-Vuzlovy from the “Uragan” anti-aircraft missile system.
A 42-year-old man was injured in the village of Rubizhne, Chuguyiv district, as a result of an explosion of a dangerous object. He was admitted to the hospital.
Investigative and operational teams, experts and explosives technicians worked at the scene of the events.
According to the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
