The Russian occupiers took 12 children with disabilities from the Oleshkiv orphanage in the Kherson region to Crimea.

“The Russians continue to cynically kidnap Ukrainian children in the temporarily occupied territories. This time, they are forcibly removing children with disabilities who live in the Oleshkiv children’s boarding house in the Kherson region. As of October 22, 12 pupils of the communal institution were taken to Crimea,” he emphasized. .

Yermak added that this information has already been sent to the Office of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights.

He noted that on October 7, the occupiers created the so-called budget institution “Oleshkiv Children’s Home-Boarding” on the basis of the property complex of the communal institution “Oleshkiv Children’s Home-Boarding” and appointed a new “institution director”.

“We know that to date there have been 82 children in the institution, 40 of whom are on palliative care. 12 children with disabilities of the I, II and III groups, aged from 8 to 18 years, were forcibly transferred to the Clinical Psychiatric Hospital No. 5, which is located in the village of Strogonivka of the Simferopol district of the ARC Crimea,” Yermak wrote.
