The preliminary meeting took place on September 19 in Germany. At that time, according to the head of the Pentagon, Lloyd Austin, Ukraine received military aid in the amount of more than 76 billion dollars.
The formation of the IT coalition and the “coalition of opportunities” was announced at the meeting. Latvia and Lithuania, as well as Spain, announced the provision of military aid.
