In the temporarily captured Severodonetsk, the contingent of Russian occupation troops is increasing, and the city is conducting training for those mobilized from the aggressor country.
Oleksandr Stryuk, the head of the Severodonetsk city military-civilian administration, reports on the air telethon “The only news”.
“About 7-8 thousand residents remain in the city. Currently, according to the information received, the contingent of occupiers is slightly increasing in the city. Mobilized training is being conducted”– said Stryuk.

According to him, social institutions and even hospitals are used to accommodate the military.
The head of the Central African Republic noted that it is difficult for the population to survive, “humanitarian aid” from the invaders comes in limited quantities.
“People survive at the expense of the surrounding villages. In fact, it is a natural exchange: products for things… Medicine is at a primitive level, like other aspects of life. It is impossible to start the heating season centrally in the city, no matter what the occupation authorities declare there.”– said Stryuk.
He noted that people seek shelter for the winter in the surrounding villages and garden cooperatives, where it is possible to use solid fuel for heating.
At the same time, as Stryuk reports, there are currently few ways to leave the city.
“You can return to Ukraine via the “big circle” – through Russia and the Baltic states. It is very dangerous to travel through the Zaporizhzhia region, people get stuck for several weeks.”– emphasized the head of the Central Administrative Agency.
We will remind, the day before the head of the Luhansk OVA, Serhii Gaidai, reported that in Severodonetsk, the invaders had set up training grounds for the mobilized.
Earlier it became known that the Russian occupiers are using drones to search for men of conscription age in Luhansk region.
Gaidai also told why the Luhansk region is the most difficult region of Ukraine to liberate from the Russian occupiers.
