The situation in the war zone and the war as a whole is definitely not an operational pause now. There are active combat operations in many directions, and the Russian occupiers have carried out 34 air raids this day alone.
This was announced by the President of Ukraine [Володимир Зеленський у своєму [відеозверненні] (https://t.me/V_Zelenskiy_official/2480) as of July 10.
“This week there was a lot of talk about the alleged “operational pause” in the actions of the occupiers in Donbas and other parts of Ukraine. 34 airstrikes by Russian aircraft in one past day is an answer to all those who came up with this “pause”. The Ukrainian army is holding on, holding firm and repelling assaults from different directions. But, of course, a lot still needs to be done so that the Russian losses become such that there will really be a pause after that.” – he noted.
Zelensky added that the only operational pause for the Russian invaders should take place before they start fleeing headlong from Ukrainian land under the blows of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It will be recalled that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy ordered the Armed Forces of Ukraine to de-occupy the southern regions of the country, which are currently under the control of the Russian invaders. It is for this purpose that Ukraine is gathering millions of combat forces.
According to Western analysts, on July 6, for the first time in 133 days of full-scale war, there were no statements about territorial “conquests” in Ukraine. This confirms that Russian forces have taken an operational pause.
The Ministry of Defense believes that Russia is considering several scenarios for the development of the war in Ukraine – the enemy will act depending on the situation.
