Over the course of a day, the invaders attacked in the Limansky, Avdeevsky and Maryinsky directions, but were unsuccessful. Defense forces continue to conduct offensive operations in the Melitopol direction. This is stated in summary General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During the day, 30 clashes occurred.
In the Liman direction The invaders unsuccessfully carried out offensive operations in the Novoyehorivka area of the Lugansk region.
In the Avdeevsky direction The Russians advanced in the area east of the Northern Donetsk region, but were unsuccessful.
In the Maryinsky direction the enemy advanced unsuccessfully in the area south of Krasnohorivka and Novomikhailovka, Donetsk region.
In the Melitopol direction The defense forces continue to conduct an offensive operation, consolidate on the achieved lines and implement counter-battery measures.
Aviation of the Defense Forces carried out 10 strikes on areas where personnel, weapons and military equipment were concentrated and three on the anti-aircraft missile systems of the invaders.
Rocket and artillery units hit six areas where personnel, weapons and military equipment were concentrated, 12 artillery weapons in firing positions, two ammunition depots, two control points and one anti-aircraft missile system of the invaders.
- Over the past 24 hours, the Defense Forces have liquidated 600 invaders, destroyed 22 artillery systems, 5 tanks and one air defense system of the invaders.
- In the Odessa region, defenders destroyed 22 of 25 Shahed-136 kamikaze drones with which the invaders attacked the south of the region. As a result of the attack, the port infrastructure in the Danube region was hit, two civilians were initially injured, and there was a fire.
- The commander of the Tavria OSUV stated that in the south, the Ukrainian defenders are between the first and second lines of defense of the occupiers, the Russians spent 60% of the time building the first line and only 20% each on the other two, because they did not expect the Defense Forces to pass it.
