Today, around 06:00, the village of Kozacha Lopan, Kharkiv district, was shelled.
After extinguishing the fire, rescuers found the body of a dead 29-year-old civilian man.
This was reported by the head of HOVA Oleg Sinegubov.
During the day, the enemy shelled at least 16 settlements in the region with artillery, mortars and other weapons.
In particular, Chervona Zorya of Bogoduhiv district, Pletenivka, Zemlianka, Budarki, Fedorivka of Chuguyiv district, Dvorichna, Synkivka, Ivanivka, Berestov of Kupyan district and other settlements were under enemy fire.
No civilian casualties were recorded during the day.
Heavy fighting continues in the Kupyansk direction. Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled 10 enemy assaults in the Sinkivka and Petropavlivka districts. The Russians have no advancement.
Demining continues. During the day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service examined more than 6 hectares of territory and neutralized 58 explosive objects.
As of November 21, 2023, 292 children were evacuated from dangerous communities in the Kupyan district.
4 more are to be evacuated. Evacuation measures are ongoing.
