Ukraine will continue its counteroffensive and try to achieve results on the battlefield both at the end of this year and next.
This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyi in an interview at the conference Reuters NEXT.
In a conversation with journalists, the head of state said that he already has a plan for hostilities for the near future, which, however, “he cannot reveal.”
“We have a plan. We have very specific cities, very (specific – ed.) directions in which we are advancing. I can’t share all the details, but we have slow steps forward in the south and we also have steps in the east.” – said Zelensky.
He added that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have some results in the Kherson region, but did not reveal the details.
Zelenskyi also emphasized that allies should continue to support Ukraine amid the conflict in the Middle East, as defeat in the war with Russia would lead to tens of millions of migrants.

Meanwhile, the Pentagon assumed that Russia’s war against Ukraine could continue for several more years.
