According to the publication, on Friday, November 17, at about 23:20, journalists were filming near the Tandoor restaurant, where they noticed, in particular, former high-ranking employees of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
βThere were a lot of cars near the restaurant. When the security of one of the visitors noticed the filming, they started shining their high beams and blocking the journalistsβ cars,β the UP reported.
Tkach said that he got out of the car and said that he was a journalist.
βThe guards started blocking me, and one came up and hit the cell, and also hit me,β Tkach said.
