Under the procedural leadership of the district prosecutor’s offices of the Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations have been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
On September 11, around 8:00 p.m., the occupiers launched a rocket attack on a critical infrastructure facility in the Kholodnohirsky District of Kharkiv. As a result, a large-scale fire broke out. The charred corpse of an employee of the enterprise was found at the scene. Currently, the search and rescue work of another employee is ongoing.
At this time, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation also fired at another critical infrastructure facility in the Chuguyiv district, which caused a fire.
At midnight, the Russian army fired two rockets at the Novobavarsky district of Kharkiv. One of the rockets hit the roof of a residential building, wounding a 56-year-old woman.
Another rocket hit the territory of a non-residential building, which led to its partial destruction.
According to the police, the enemy used Kh-101 rockets for targeted hitting – debris was found on the spot.
