Ukrainian defenders destroyed the Russian Solntsepek heavy flamethrower system. Video published Shadow division.
The invaders’ equipment was destroyed thanks to the joint work of Shadow, who discovered the target and recorded the defeat, and the 72nd separate mechanized brigade, which hit the Solntsepek with a kamikaze drone.
The “invincible” TOS “Solntsepek” turned into the sun and melted in the Ukrainian air,” the message says.
After the explosion, a Ukrainian drone recorded the remains of the invaders’ equipment on fire.
REFERENCE. TOS-1A “Solntsepek” is a legend of Russian propaganda. It fires thermobaric ammunition; there are 24 projectiles in a salvo, capable of covering an area of 200×200 meters. The Ukrainian military also has several such systems, captured during battles against the Russians.
