The collaborator was exposed in the de-occupied village of Liptsi, Kharkiv district. The pre-trial investigation established that during the occupation of the village, a local resident offered her help to the Russian servicemen. In exchange for the favor of the occupiers, the 31-year-old woman gave the invaders food, alcoholic beverages, cooked them food and washed clothes.
Currently, the prosecutors of the Kharkiv District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv Region have approved and sent to the court an indictment in relation to her under Part 4 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
In addition, under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv District Prosecutor’s Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation was completed against a 52-year-old resident of Kharkiv under Part 1 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. During March-April 2022, the man published anti-Ukrainian posts on his own page in the social network with calls to support the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and the decision of the president of the aggressor state.
A supporter of the “special operation” also published materials glorifying the Russian occupiers and distributed videos of speeches by Russian propagandists.
Documentation of illegal activities was carried out jointly with employees of territorial police bodies and the SBU Directorate in the Kharkiv region.
