Ukraine has requested an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council in connection with the pseudo-referenda that the Russian invaders are holding in the temporarily occupied territories. This was reported in Twitter Speaker of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Oleg Nikolenko.

“Ukraine has requested an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council on Russia’s fictitious referendums in the occupied territories of Ukraine,” the statement said.
The Foreign Ministry spokesman stressed that Russia should be held accountable for further attempts to change the internationally recognized borders of Ukraine in violation of the UN Charter.
