President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, on the eve of the Crimea Platform summit at the level of speakers of state parliaments, said that the world’s attention to Ukraine, the protection of freedom and international order must be maintained.
“I held a meeting regarding the international events and negotiations being prepared by our state for the near future. Tomorrow, in particular, the Crimea Platform, its parliamentary dimension. The world’s attention to Ukraine, to defending freedom and international law, must be upheld – we will do everything for this,” he said in a video address.
As reported, the 2nd parliamentary summit of the Crimea Platform will take place in the Czech Republic on October 24 and will host about 70 parliamentary delegations from around the world. The event will be chaired by head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, and spokesperson of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament, Marketa Pekarova Adamova.
