Denmark will soon provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine with a new package of military aid.
This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy following a meeting with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen.
The head of state clarified that the weapons will be delivered to Ukraine already in September.
“As always, our meaningful, maximally specific negotiations. The new defense package is already the 12th, which is being prepared for this month.” – said Zelenskyi.
In addition to military aid, the parties also discussed the demining of Ukrainian territory, the restoration of the country, the situation on the battlefield and the security of the Black Sea region.
We will remind, during the visit to Kyiv, Matt Frederiksen also spoke in the Verkhovna Rada.
In August, Denmark began training the first group of Ukrainian pilots on F-16 aircraft. In September, it became known that Denmark will increase aid for the recovery of Ukraine.
