President Vladimir Zelensky stated the need for digitalization in the Ukrainian army so that paperwork becomes βsignificantly less.β He said this in an evening video message.
Zelensky said that he held several important meetings β in particular, with the Minister of Defense Rustem UmerovFirst Deputy Minister Alexander Pavlyuk and Deputy Prime Minister Mikhail Fedorov.
The meeting concerned the provision of Ukrainian soldiers and the transparency of this provision.
βThe specific needs of our combat brigades must be met as quickly as possible, and for this, all accounting must be digitalized. In general, there should be significantly less paperwork in the troops, and there should definitely be no difference between what is submitted in the reports here in the center, and what the guys at βzeroβ really need,β the president said.
According to him, the Ministry of Defense is now restarting the accounting system, and the Ministry of Digitalization is helping.

- On September 7, Zelensky introduced the new Minister of Defense Umerov at a meeting with the command of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine.
