Ukraine’s air defense capabilities are gradually increasing, but there is still no 100% protection.
This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyi in his evening address to the nation.
“The geography of our cooperation for the air shield for Ukraine is very wide. Not everything can be told publicly now. But what is absolutely certain is that Ukraine is constantly getting stronger.” – said the head of state.
He said that three regions currently need more air defense systems.
“A lot of work is ahead. Cities like Kharkiv, regions like Donetsk and Zaporizhia need more systems, more security. This is the task of all our diplomats, of our entire state.” – emphasized Zelensky.
The president also thanked all the defenders of the sky “who are on combat duty every night and every day.”
We will remind you that the day before yesterday, Zelensky announced that Ukraine has strengthened its defense capabilities in air defense in the Kherson region.
Earlier, the president said that the supply of air defense directly affects the timing of the end of the war.
